Dr. Addison Bulosan and a team of doctors will be assisting the people of Cebu, Philippines, at the Gullas Hospital to provide high quality health care and relief. Our efforts is in hope to create a consistent support to the people and provide an ability to care for families that would not otherwise have the means to get care.
